getshim.tech is run by shim Technologies, Istanbul, Turkey. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company.
Who do these terms cover?
Anyone who visits getshim.tech. Using the site means you accept these terms.
What can I do with the site?
Read it, link to it, quote it, and use the docs to deploy and run shim in your organization. Please do not:
- try to break into the site, overload it or disrupt it for others
- copy the site wholesale or present it as your own
- use the shim name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you
What does the site promise?
It describes shim as it is today. shim is in alpha: it checks ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini prompts and attached files in managed Chrome and Edge, and live-site coverage and managed installation are still being validated. Features, coverage and these pages can change.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Using shim in an organization is agreed separately.
Is the site provided as it is?
Yes. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, free of errors or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it.
Whose names and marks appear here?
The shim name, wordmark, brandmark and mascot belong to us. ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are names and marks of their owners. They appear here only to name the applications shim works with; shim is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Which law applies?
The law of the Republic of Turkey governs these terms, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) settle any dispute about them. Any rights you have under the law where you live still apply.
Will these terms change?
When they do, we update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to legal@getshim.tech.
